Ordering and payment
Orders are taken on this site at any time of the year but we don’t send out during winter. If your order is received during winter it will be posted late August or very early September, it will be reserved and set aside for you and the varieties guaranteed.
Our shopping process is similar to most online shopping: view the product, choose how many you require, add to cart, view cart contents, click the checkout button and fill in your details. There is no need to start an account. If you have any problems ordering, contact us and we will try and help.
Once you have completed shopping and filled out your details in the shopping cart and check out, you will then be directed to Paypal where payment can be made with either your credit/debit card or your Paypal account. A Paypal account is not required. You will receive a confirmation email from us when the transaction goes through.
We do not and will never use any of your data for any purpose other than completing an order with us. Paypal has rigid online security standards and procedures. All financial information is securely captured and processed by Paypal in compliance with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express regulations.
